Returns and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of "breaking," returns or exchanges will typically not be accepted. However, dream packs strives to provide all customers with a positive and personal experience. If you have any concerns, please contact us through email.
Refund Policy
If for any reason a break you buy into, which is required to fill before opening, is not filled in a given amount of time, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase. You may also be refunded the shipping option chosen if no packages are sent.
You can also request a refund for any unopened breaks at anytime by email. Refunds will not be available once breaks are complete and cards are open. Refunds on sealed products may be requested only before the items are shipped. Please note that any refunds on sealed product or on any other product due to user error (such as changing your mind after completing a purchase) may be subject to a small restock/processing fee (approximately 5%).
All packages are sent according to the purchased shipping option. In the case of lost packages or damages goods, proper procedures will be taken with the postal service as well as the recipient's local mail carrier (such as USPS) to resolve each case. Once a package leaves the local post office, it will be passed onto the national postal service that operates within the recipient's country. We ask for customers cooperation in communicating with these local carriers.
In the extremely rare case that postal carries can not assist in locating a lost package or provide compensation and if threre is clear evidence a package has been delivered, dream packs will not be held liable. However, some type of partial compensation may be offered at the discretion of dream packs ownership.
