once you create an account with us, you are registered. the terms member, membership and account all refer to this registration as a member on the site and discord server. if you are merley surfing or browsing through the site and havew not created an account, your use of the site and discord is still subject to this agreement; if you do not agree, do not use this site.

you acknowledge, understand and agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrarym any claim or action arising out of or related to the use of our services or the agreement must be filed within 1 year after said claim or cause of action arose or shall be forever barred.

Purchases

You are encouraged to familiarise yourself with your rights contained within the California consumer protection act that protects the customers from purchasing a deceptive product. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. Refund Policy Under any conditions, refunds are not possible and will not be processed under any circumstance. Any attempt to chargeback an authorized payment shall result in a blacklist from all services, affiliated to our company, Dream packs. A termination of your account by breaching our Privacy Policy or our Terms and Conditions does not result in a reimbursement of any payments you have authorized to Dream packs.

You understant that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks, and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. credit card information will always be encrypted during trasfer.

conduct

as a user or member of the site or discord server, you herein, acknowledge, understand and agree that all information, text, data, software, photographs, music, videos, tags or any other content, whether public or privately posted or transmitted, is the expressed sole responsibility of the individual from whom the content originated. this means that you are solely responsible for any and all content posted, uploaded, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available by way of the dreampacks services, and as such, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or qaulaity of such content. you may be exposed to errors or ommissions in any content posted and any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any conent posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made avaialable.

we reserve the right to pre-screen, refuse and or delete any content or access available.

Members:

Members and any visitors or person invited to the discord may not provide any products or services to anyone in the dream packs community without the written consent of dream packs and or its owners. this includes but is not limited to giveaways, raffles, events, subscriptions, rsvp, proxy services and other online services.

we reserve the right to ban any member or visitor that dream packs deams ineligible to participate in the community. there are no exceptions to bans.

please read the rules and regulations stated in the discord before posting or interacting in any way.

we reserve the right to terminate all contact and payments received or sent to dream packs immediately without notice.

dream packs is not liable for any actions that take place within the discord outside of the terms and conditions given by discord.

Dream packs is not responsible for any fraud, scams or misuse of the discord marketplace once there is an agreement between the buyer and seller. this includes but not limited to messages stating an agreement or any other clear evidence.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
